Memphis School of Excellence offers a starting salary of $50,000 for the first-year teachers with annual increases based on years of experience. Additionally, MSE offers stipends and bonuses for teaching hard-to-staff subjects, obtaining advanced degrees, performing supplemental duties, or demonstrating growth in student outcomes.
