Dear MSEEC Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to welcome you and your children to a new school year at Memphis School of Excellence Elementary Cordova (MSEEC). Our priority is your child's well-being, growth, and academic success, and we believe that strong collaboration between families and our school community is essential.
We invite you to join us for Elementary Orientation on July 23rd, from 10:00 AM to 3:45 PM. This event is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our vision, meet our leadership team, and ask any questions you may have.
During Orientation Day, families will be able to:
•Sign up for bus transportation
•Purchase school uniforms (currently limited to 3 per student due to a delayed shipment)
•Register for before- and after-school care
•Complete the free or reduced lunch form
•Verify proof of residency (please remember to bring your documentation)
•Receive car tags
•Sign up for the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)
Please note that teachers will not be available during Orientation, as they will be away attending professional development trainings. However, families are warmly invited to our Meet the Teacher Night on August 5th, where you will have the chance to meet your child's teachers. More details regarding this event are forthcoming.
Throughout the 2026–2027 school year, we will keep you informed through newsletters, our school website, social media, and the school app. These platforms will share important announcements, event calendars, and resources to support your child's learning.
