Conference Sign-up Links:
Please call our school office at 901-707-8146 if:
• None of the available dates/times work for you. Your child’s teacher can also be contacted to help with this as well.
• You have any difficulty signing up online.
Once you have completed scheduling your student’s conference:
• You will receive a confirmation email, including calendar reminders for Google Calendar or Outlook that can be added to your computer or smartphone.
• Your student’s teacher will then send a ZOOM or Google meeting link to your email for your conference to be held virtually unless you have arranged a different method
(phone or in-person) with your student’s teacher.
Parent-Teacher conferences are very important to allow time to talk about your child’s progress, strengths, and next steps in learning and are also a good time for you to ask questions and set goals together to benefit your child as they finish up this school year.
Please note: To ensure that we are following all the state and district safety requirements and protocols, all staff, parents, and students entering district schools for parent-teacher conferences are required to wear face masks, use hand sanitizer, use social distancing, and check-in at the school office.
