Health Screenings: Vision, hearing, blood pressure, height and weight, scoliosis. Health screenings will be provided by the Department of Student Support Services throughout the school year for students in K, 2, 4. There are no charges for these services. Screenings are mandated by the Tennessee Department of Education. If you do not want your child screened, return the opt-out form signed that was provided on Monday, February 13th.
